Return Policy
Please select carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to do.
You should return a copy of the invoice provided with the goods when shipped to you printed along with the returned items and the reason for return.
Returns may take 2 weeks minimum to process and a credit notification will be sent by mail.
The above policy is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way.
Security Policy
CRS is very concerned about your security on the web.
This site uses the National Secure Internet Payment Service, abbreviated N-SIPS. N-SIPS provides security and privacy for you our customer. Your credit card details go directly to the National and are not recorded by CRS. This minimises the disclosure of your information and provides a layer of confidentiality to the transaction.
Technology used
N-SIPS uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL 3.0) encryption technology to secure communication sessions with customers and merchants. Using firewalls in front of the Payment Gateway (N-SIPS) and within the system, it restricts access to information regarding the payment transactions.
The N-SIPS only allows customers with browsers supporting SSL-128-bit or higher encryption technology to access the payment facility. This facilitates secure transmission of transaction details.

Delivery Policy
Postage and Handling charges may apply. These are specified on any offer or order as it is processed.
Goods will be dispatched from our distribution centre within 5 - 7 working days. If stock is not readily available CRS will notify you of the expected delay.
Your products will be delivered via Australia Post delivery or the most suitable delivery method. If you are not home at the time of delivery your goods will be made available at your nearest post office.
Payment Policy
All prices are in Australian dollars, and the CRS website will currently only accept payment in Australian dollars.
Goods purchased on the CRS Internet site will only be sent to the purchasers' delivery/postal address once name and address details have been verified.
CRS is part of the CMC Australasia Group. The Merchant name CMCA will appear on your credit card statement.
